Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Seyma Cosmetics will not be liable for packages lost or stolen that are shipped without tracking numbers. We strongly recommend you choose a trackable shipping option for delivery to your address.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, we cannot process a refund or exchange once the packaging of your Le Mani set has been opened.
If there is some sort of defect in your nail set or if you are missing item(s), please contact us at support@seymacosmetics.com so that we can rectify the issue with your order in a prompt manner.
